We are pleased to inform that the International Center for the Promotion of Human Rights (CIPDH-UNESCO), based in the Argentine Republic, announced the call for the VI Edition of the International Course on Human Rights, organized annually by the aforementioned organization.
The new edition, entitled "Women in struggle. Gender and Human Rights in the recent history of Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean", will take place in virtual mode between October 24th and November 3rd 2022, and will consist of 9 (nine) daily and virtual synchronous meetings, including the participation of specialists from various regions and scientific disciplines, and with a specific selection of bibliography.
Additional asynchronous activities will be also added, articulated around proposals for the analysis of films, documentaries and virtual guided tours of museums.
The course includes lectures and conferences taught by specialists and outstanding academic figures, referents from human rights organizations, public officials with expertise in the defense of human rights, among other experts, as well as extracurricular activities.
- It is highlighted that the course will have simultaneous interpretation into English, French and Portuguese.
